What counts as a "mark"?
Any visual feedback submitted through the widget — a bug report, design suggestion, accessibility issue, or performance concern. Marks filed by autonomous ducks also count toward your limit on Solo plans.
Do autonomous ducks cost extra?
Each plan includes a base number of ducks. Additional ducks are $120/mo each on Team and Agency plans. Enterprise plans include unlimited ducks.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual plans save 20%. Solo remains free. Team drops to $19/seat/mo and Agency to $38/seat/mo on annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfers (US), and wire transfers for Enterprise. We also support purchase orders for Enterprise customers.
Can I try Team features on Solo?
